How do I place an order?

Just visit our website, search through our virtual catalog, select the products you want and submit a request for a quotation using the link on the relevant product page. You will receive follow up contact as part of the ordering process.

How is my request for a quotation processed and a formal order made?

Once your request for a quotation is received by our sales team, a customer service agent will review your order details and contact you via phone/email. We will finalize the price and order quantity with you and continue processing your order.

How can I make a payment on my order once it has been confirmed?

You can contact one of our customer service agents who can provide details on how payment is to be made.

How do I get my order delivered?

Your order will be delivered to the address designated by you. If you would like to pick up your order from one of our Lesso Home US Service Centers, we ask that you enter the Lesso Home US Service Center nearest to you as your shipping address. I haven't received a response to my request for a quotation. What can I do?

If you have not received a response from one of our specialists, please contact us via our nationwide toll-free service number 800 - 604 - 7488. When contacting us regarding an existing order or quotation, help us locate your details more quickly by using the reference number assigned to your quotation.

Does Lesso Home US have offices or store locations in the US?

How can I place a Custom Quote request?

If you are unable to find the product you need on our website, you can submit a request for a “Custom Quote” for the desired product or products. Just submit your request via the “Request a Custom Quote” link located near the bottom of our homepage. Complete our online form, providing information about your request in detail, and our sales team will contact you shortly with more information and a precise quotation for the products requested.

Can I return an order and get a refund?

When you buy from LessoHome.com you’re in good hands. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We select our products carefully and our numerous quality control systems ensure that customers receive only quality goods with each and every order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your shipment, you are welcome to contact our customer support/sales representative between 8:30am and 5:00pm CST Monday to Friday to discuss the situation.
