Refunds & Returns Policy

Our priority is customer satisfaction, so we do our best through our careful product selection and our many quality control systems to ensure our customers only receive quality goods with each and every order. These processes are in place to minimize the likelihood of issues for our Buyers. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, we invite you to contact us to resolve the issue.

The success of your project is important to us, and we are happy to review the situation for you and contact the manufacturer if needed to negotiate a solution.

There are two main reasons an order may need to be returned and a refund given: because the products are not as described, or because of a problem with quality. A confirmed return or refund may be done in one of two ways: a full refund and the products returned, or a partial refund with the products kept by the Buyer.

Full Refund

A full refund will apply if the Buyer does not receive his or her goods in the time frame as specified in the contract or if the shipment is not received at all. This issue is deemed to be wholly the fault of the Supplier and a full refund will be provided.

Partial Refund with the Products retained

If the products differ substantially from what was ordered in the Contract, the Buyer can choose to retain the goods and receive a partial refund due to the error.

If a return or refund request has been accepted, our Sales Representative will work with you to determine the best method for returning the products to the Supplier. Products must be returned in the same condition they were in when they were delivered. You will receive detailed information regarding our return shipment procedures. Once the returned merchandise is received and processed by Lesso Home, we will initiate a credit to your account. Please do not return any shipments without obtaining prior authorization from LessoHome.com.

As expected, evidence in the form of certified documents and/or photographs will usually be required to support any claim for a refund of return of goods purchased. You can rest assured that in any such situation, we will do our best to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.
